Learning ‘Safer At Home’

As we are all adjusting to the ‘new normal’, there are many modifications being made to our daily life and routines. Teachers are adapting curriculum to teach online (myself included) while trying to maintain that important connection to students; at the same time students are transitioning to learning from home and the challenges that arise as a result. As in any aspect of life - work, school, play, hobbies - balance is key! While we are staying ‘safer at home’ don’t forget the importance of getting outside; not just for physical activity but to experience nature, sunlight and grounding.
